Co-curated by Barbara Cassin, philosopher, hellenist, philologist and member of the French Academy, Muriel Garsson, Curator, Director of of the Museum of Mediterranean Archaeology of Marseille and Manuel Moliner, Archaeologist & Chief Curator of the Museum of History of Marseille, « Migrated Artefacts, Impregnated Treasures » has been declared by the French Ministry of Culture exhibition of national interest and described in the press like the exhibition of the year.
The Mougins Museum is proud to loan three artefacts to this exhibition that questions migration in its broadest possible sense through the observation of ancient and modern objects juxtaposed together to reveal their origins, uses, history, and raison d’être.
