THE MACM'S MONTHLY CONFERENCES CONTINUE...
This series of monthly conferences (in French) takes place from October to June in the intimate setting of the Egyptian crypt. Each event ends in the friendly atmosphere of a drinks reception, an excellent opportunity for all participants to meet & continue to talk about the topic adressed in the conference.

WEDNESDAY 9th FEBRUARY AT 6:30PM
Presentation by Cyril Dumas, Curator at the Baux-de-Provence museum of history and archaeology

Cyril Dumas has been Curator at the Baux de Provence museum of history and archaeology since 2003. A multidisciplinary author specialising in art history, he is the scientific curator of numerous art exhibitions (Cocteau-Clergue, Ben Vautier, Picasso, Daumier-Plantu...). It was curiosity that led him to organise a highly publicised exhibition on ancient erotic art in 2005. Since then, he has pursued his historical analysis of erotic artefacts. His study offers an original perspective on the Romans by addressing societal aspects such as morals, morality, sexuality, prostitution, eroticism, love or art.

The conference will be followed by a drinks reception.

Places are limited, please book in advance.
